Kind of a mixed review here.....the first visit was so fast and the staff super friendly....the second visit, not so much, the... staff were still friendly but they seemed frazzled, we ordered 2 coffees, egg bites and a cheese danish.....took a half hourjust waiting for our order. they gave us someone else's order by mistake which delayed it even longer. I was at this location just now, and had a horrible experience. The order was backed up for more than 20-30 minutes, which I... understand - it can get busy, and the customers were getting frustrated, which is only natural. But then when a customer came upto ask for the rest of the order (he got one out of the two he ordered), this employee rudely told him to ?go to the front andget a refund if you can?t wait for your order.? She was EXTREMELY RUDE, and then told others ?Alright all of you who can?t waitfor your order can get back in line and get a refund?. It is literally her job to make drinks and serve customers, and while Iunderstand you can get frustrated when you?re busy, that is no reason to be RUDE. Some customer even called the cops on her; Ihope this shows the severity of the situation. She should not be working in a service industry. Avoid this place when thisemployee is working - she was slender, tall African American woman with curly hair, was not wearing a name tag. Read more

The workers here are outstanding. Every single one greets you with a smile and the amount of kind compliments I?ve gotten from... them have absolutely made many of my days.
