I frequent this location due to having multiple appointments at Mount Sinai. This Starbucks is really busy and it?s generally a... hit or miss when it comes to the drinks. It also takes very long to get your drink, even with mobile ordering. The cleanlinessof the store is also something they could pay closer attention to. They?re in such a prime location, it?s a pity they can?t keepup with the crowd. Read more

Stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites on W58 and this was a frequent stop off for us after returning from a busy day visiting... around the city. Friendly staff on arrival every time and the orders were always delicious. Would recommend a visit if you?redropping by. Read more
I visited this location frequently while going to Mt. Sinai nearby for appointments and this location, the staff + the condition... of the store are not good. The place is not well kept. It?s dirty?napkins, crumbs and other trash are on the floor and tables.The staff are not professional and hardly if ever interested in acknowledging any customer that enters, walks up to the registeror waits for an order. A few of the staff I?ve seen have dirty fingernails, uniforms looks untidy and no one that I?ve met isprofessional. Some one who looks like they might be a Shift Supervisor was on their phone at the register. Their work stationsare a complete mess. I was there the other day and I couldn?t take it anymore and left without waiting for my drink. I?ve workedfor Starbucks in the past and I know that it can be a physically demanding job and a lot of work. But it?s just truly sad to notsee at least 1 employee there who likes where they?re working or has any pride in their work. I can?t ever go to this locationagain. Read more
