Unfortunately I couldn?t like this Starbucks. There wasn?t fresh smell in the store and also the taste of coffee wasn?t good.
I suggest that the manager of this store should train the staff well, especially the one who takes the order, with a blank face... and no smile at all. When I got my coffee, I said thank you, but I didn't get any response. I hope This is just an example. Read more

I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino and received slightly flavoured cold milk. The staff is cold and unwelcoming.
Bad experience, usually I like the franchise but today I ordered a caramel macchiato and received a cup of milk cream/foam. Then... ordered an espresso to add a coffee taste to my previous order. They forgot me and after 20 minutes waiting I left the place. Read more
