I sit here every monday and tuesday before work and everyone who works here works really hard to get orders out. They haven't... messed up my order and the employees are also nice. There are just some really entitled people out here and it is a shame tosee. We are all humans working hard and struggling. Try to relax a bit, it's too early in the morning to be so angry! The products and the service is good but the only problem that I always have is that of you order a coffee and a sandwich... they're never come together and sometimes you need to wait to long for one when you already have the other one and it gets cold Read more
The employees needs to open up their ears and listen to customers orders. I clearly said I wanted a Venti size for my fruit... drink and ended up a grande size. I ordered via my Starbucks app at 930am today. Got there at 945 and there were 4 workers stocking cups, doors locked. I knocked... and called the store. Me and a group of people waiting and were completely ignored. I waited for 7 mins but I had to get towork. Completely ignored and I saw them laughing looking down, not even acknowledging us. It was very rude; especially because Igive them business over 5 times a week AND I paid. The store on the app and online say open; the least that the baristas couldhave done was acknowledge us and write a note or something in the door. Very upset and I want my money back. Read more
Had to wait a super long time for a latte. I?ve noticed that like most Starbucks nowadays, you have to wait for 10 mobile... orders to be called before the customers who are in the store receive their order. I don?t blame the staff but it seemsmanagement expects the same number of staff to fulfill an unlimited number of online orders and in person orders. They reallyshould consider changing their model and add more staff. Read more
