Staff was so rude! Yelled at me for ordering a water with my order.
I like their cappuccino with almond milk and a bacon, egg and gouda sandwich.
I started going to this Starbucks in 2017. They always provide with the best service to me!!
Love this Starbucks!! Ovell, Catherine and Adriaan are all amazing employees!!! They helped me out even after they were closed... and I am SUPER grateful for them because I was craving a Matcha Tea Latte the wholeeee day. Not only that, they were also supernice to me as well. They weren?t honoring the coupon that Starbucks and PayPal are doing, so that sucked. Plus we had to sit on a staircase to... eat/drink. There?s absolutely no room to calmly eat anything since it?s so crowded- but hey, that?s New York. They did not warmmy bread, but at least the drinks were good. Read more
Ordered through the app and it was ready at the estimated time. The staff were really nice and outgoing even though it was very... busy and hectic! I watched them work for a bit and the two were incredibly in sync, working fast and still really nice to theother customers. Read more

Terrible! The short woman with very long eyelashes who was there have an attitude! She served the person who paid before me and... she made me wait for a long time for my coffee.
