HUGE Starbucks for NYC. Open till 9pm and great internet.
The space is huge with high ceilings an bright lights. One couldn?t ask for more, especially with spacious seating.... Unfortunately, the downside is the cleanliness. There were a lot of dirty tables and spills on the floor and the upstairs islocked off. Once ordered I noticed a lot of people received their drinks prior to mine which is a little strange but other thanthat It got the job done. Read more

Ok a Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks, I know! But this one is my go to in New York, in the centre of the Times Square... area but as soon as you walk through those doors instant calm to enjoy a latte and treat myself with a slice of cheesecake.Attentive and friendly staff a great place to chill for a while before going back out into the chaos of the city. I had an awful experience. A staff member named Tiffany argued with me after they had forgotten both my friends food order and... mine. After watching a bunch of people after me receive their food, I asked if they had forgotten it and they said "there werelike 20 food orders ahead of me", which was not the truth. This happened in front of a big group of customers and the otheremployees backed her up. I wouldn't have been so angry had it not been a flat out lie. Read more
Honestly a really bad experience, the guy who is taking orders is really rude, and he?s not even paying attention as to what... people are ordering, he messed up two orders in a row, and it doesn?t look like he even cares. I didn?t even get a hi back, nora you?re welcome after I said thank you. Messed up my order, but the girl who is making coffee is really sweet and changed it,which is why I went with three stars, otherwise it would be one. Read more
