This used to be my Favorite Starbucks prior to covid, unfortunately first day back to nyc and my drink has dirt and dust in it.... You can clearly see it in my drink. Immiediately disappointed and disgusted as soon as i saw this. Sadly dont trust thislocation anymore. Read more

By far the worst Starbucks service I've ever encountered. I've never needed to wait 20+ minutes to receive my drink, especially... since it's a refresher. I also noticed that the work ethic included one person making all the drinks and she took her time toorganize and clean the workspace as drink orders were piling up. Read more
