Staff is impolite, there is no restroom (!!!), order indications weren't respected, there was a homeless person doing their... makeup and charging multiple devices. The most HORRIBLE customer service experience I have ever had. The so-called supervisor was extremely rude! Who does he think he... is to make fun of customers? I demand that you fire him for justice because I did not deserve the dehumanization and the makingfun of me. I will follow up to make sure that my complaint was heard! I have never felt so degraded as a human in my life. Not only did the staff refuse to open the door after waiting for 20 minutes... when it supposedly opens at "5", but the supervisor then came and basically began making fun of me, saying they would not beopen for another 30 minutes. I had gone entirely out of my way for this place only to have them refuse me service. Read more
Worst customer service i have ever had in a Starbucks (her badge said Nykee?) and i have been in multiple locations in different... part of the world. The lady who gave my order was extremely rude, I first gave the benefit of doubt thinking she must have had abad day but when she finally corrected and handed my order she almost threw it at me when i told her that I ordered soy milk notregular milk! So disrespectful and disappointing level of quality! ????????Another dirty Starbucks. No where to sit. This store resembles a homeless shelter in every way. This is not a clean... place to get coffee. It is expensive and watery coffee. I would recommend many other place all over NY. Starbucks should focuson making better coffee and on cleaning their stores. The stores are very dirty. Look at the photos attached to this review. Thestore has trash all over the floors and all over the store. There is a dirty broom in the service area but no one seems to knowhow to use it in the store. The countertops in the service area are soiled with old milk and debris. It smells like rancid milkin the store. Employees are not wearing gloves. Read more
