when i started working in SoHo i would go here for my bev. it used to be so good until recently when i heard from other co... workers that it become a hit or miss with the workers knowing how to make coffee. they said it was watered down coffeebasically. so i went there last week and ordered a strawberry acai. sadly no lemonade. had a sip and was disappointed. it waswatered down. i would probably come back if it was my last resort or just for food. The staff in this Starbucks is super nice. I feel like every Starbucks has its standards for interactions with customers but... this one got it down. This Starbucks is average. Floors were dirty, the rest of the store looked good. The service from the women who worked there on... 4/28 around 11am was awful. Tried this starbucks for the first time. Line was short, ordered a honey almond milk flat latte. (Name might be a little off),... tasted lot of honey and unique. The place was fairly clean. The barista made the order quick. It was a tad on the warm side butthat was fine. Read more

They dont open till 7:30 AM!! I was there at 6:45 and the door was locked. Any good coffee shop is open at 6 or 6:30! And my... Starbucks on 57th is open at 6:30 ?. Why is this one closed? You would think they could at least put the hours on thedoor? Then I went back twice ? (I love SB coffee and need this nearby store to work for me!) the restroom is always closed???????? and get this? yesterday - a Saturday - it was closed half the day.
