I am so happy this Starbucks location is open early on Sundays. I got a medium coffee w/ the perfect amount of half&half plus... sugar. My ham & cheese croissant was heated up w/o my even asking. It was a really good way to start my morning. Greatservice!!! Read more

Clean store always busy in the morning. My hot chocolate with coconut milk a little disappointing just doesn't have a deep... chocolate flavor. I'm a dark chocolate fan lacks the richness I crave. Funny thing is I usually request less flavor pumps inall my other Starbucks drinks for instance Chai latte 1.5 pumps. Not a big fan of sugary drinks. Read more

We keep giving this place 2nd chances since we work in the neighborhood but it continues to be a subpar location. Baristas are... not trained so they do not know how to make drinks especially if it requires coconut milk. They also have a hard time filling acup to the top which is unbelievable given how much we have to pay. Location needs new management and more training. I shouldnot have to tell a barista what is in a popular drink. Read more

I loved this place when it first opened. It had been nice during the pandemic too. However, after the recovery from the... pandemic, it has somewhat changed... the shop closes very often without any prior notice; they close early very often; many ofthe items are out of stock; order ahead is not available very often, which is extremely inconvenient. Not sure whathappened...the staff are mostly friendly and nice, though. Read more

Everyone is so friendly here. I?ve never waited for more than 10 minutes for a coffee, even with an extensive line, as it?s busy... in the morning. Tried mobile ordering this morning instead while I stepped off a nearby train and my drink was ready by the timeI walked in. Quick, friendly service. Read more

The location of this shop is very convenient for me, so I have been patronizing it all the time. But today is really a terrible... experience. Without being told, I asked 3 times why there are no strawberries in my pink drink. The guy who made my drink had avey bad attitude, just shook his head and didn't even want to say a word to me. My boyfriend wanted more almond milk for hiscoffee, but he ignored him and just pointed to the other staff. This is really unbelievable. By the way, the gentleman whohelped me take the order is really nice and patient. Won't come again!!! Read more

I decided to get off the No. 1 subway train at 125th and Broadway and after descending the escalator to the street level (at... Broadway and Tiemann Place), the first thing I noticed was a modern Starbucks on the corner. Upon entering, I observed itsspacious square design and saw that it was not crowded. I was able to place my order within 30 seconds and then I sat down inone of the four comfortable cushioned seats in a corner with the sunshine streaming through the large plate-glass windows. Thisplace looks like a good addition to this area and afterwards I plan to walk several blocks south to visit Grants Tomb onRiverside Drive. But I will say that despite the pleasant modern decor, the music, while not at the highest level, is adistraction and not to my liking. I have encountered this sound annoyance problem at another Starbucks in Manhattan, at 92ndStreet and Broadway, where the music (or noise) was so loud you could not talk on your telephone or to anyone because it seemedto he at an excruciatingly high volume.
