I don?t know if corportate made a new button on the machines or something so the employees are accidentally adding these... adjustments to my drink but I have ordered a caramel Frappuccino on two separate occasions and they gave it to me with nocaramel syrup pumps (doesn?t taste like caramel), no caramel syrup drizzle, and no whip cream. The first time I thought it was aweird fluke but now that it?s happened twice there must be something going on. I rarely even go so there?s not even room forthis much error? To be honest I?m not going to let it upset me that much because I will just stop going to Starbucks but someoneshould probably fix this? Read more

While ordering for a takeaway drink (because you cannot sit inside this place), the employees have shown very little respect,... especially someone whose name is Kevin: he was impatient, rude and even shouted towards the clients at some point. Verydisappointed with the experience. Read more

Several things. First, the girl that made my coffee got it all wrong and when I asked her to fix it her attitude was bad. (I... guess she was having bad day). Then they took forever to make one coffee and at the end was not made right as well (see picture,supposed to be a mocha cookie crumble). Also, there is no sign outside so is a little hard to see it. Rude staff. Make sure you do not forget anything when ordering. The spot has great potential. The drink tasted ok.
Cashier in first shift on 11/21 got mad at me because I said my order and forgot to say "iced." When I saw she was beginning to... write on a hot cup, I immediately said "oh I'm so sorry, can it be iced please," and she groaned and angrily grabbed the othercup and asked "anything else?" with a huge attitude. I handed her a panini and she threw it to the other counter (where theytoast them). That's where I drew the line, it's completely unprofessional and rude to just throw someone's food in front ofthem. This is a very hectic location with so many students coming in, which usually causes the staff to get stressed(understandably so), but when I came in it was 7:40 a.m, they had just opened and there was no one in line when I ordered so itwas very upsetting to be treated so poorly. Some of the staff here are welcoming and great, but many times I've been treatedlike a bother instead of a customer. Unless you're on a meal plan and using your dining dollars, save yourself the hassle andgo to the Starbucks on University or Broadway. Read more
