The coffee was nice and we got a table which was tucked away so I could feed my baby and we could enjoy a hot drink after... walking around New York on vacation. However when I took my baby to change him there was a long wait for the toilets. A girlcame out of one toilet and said the light was broken and there was no toilet paper. When the toilet with the baby change tablebecame available a very dirty man came out of it and it smelled terrible in there. I went in and it was absolutely filthy - thechanging table was covered in graffiti and when I opened it the table was disgustingly dirty and also broken as it didn?t stayup. No way would I put my baby on it so I left without being able to use the restroom. When I got back to our table where myhusband was waiting I noticed some quite dodgy looking characters had sat in that area - a man with a ripped backpack andclothes who didn?t look like a customer. I then felt quite unsafe. I was upset that we had chosen to come to a Starbucksthinking it would be a good place to feed and change our baby whole having a coffee but I was quite horrified and disappointedby how dirty it was and definitely expected better. Best Starbucks in the NYC downtown area. Beats all the Starbucks Reserves nearby. Close the the subway and clutch for quick... coffees between NYU classes. Has a bit of a homelessness problem but that?s pretty much everywhere in the area. Read more
I ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte with cold foam, and they gave me an iced latte. It?s not even a little bit orange, or... sweet. I payed 9.50 for it and they didn?t even give me the actual drink I ordered. I didn?t notice until I got home to drinkit, and it?s too far to go back and ask for a new one but goodness was I dissapointed. Read more

Starbucks' Hot Chai Tea Latte was tasty. If you like their regular Chai Tea Latte, I find this to be a better version with a bit... more flavor. If you're looking for a strong tea flavor though, you might want to try something else. Read more
This is one cool Starbucks. As expected the drinks are great and the food is decent. Now that dining is back one can get great... view of Astor Place & Lafayette Avenue. The staff was friendly and the service was efficient. The Astor Place subway station isright underneath this location. Read more
