So far I've been to this specific location five times, each during the morning hours of 8am and 8:40. This site is beautifully... decorated for each holiday. Its also very clean. Often when i come, there's something out of stock... last time i went theydidnt have the Creme Brulee flavor. The time before that they ran out of lemonade. The time before that they didnt have a pastryitem i wanted. So most of the time they have some items out of stock and i end up ordering less and less when i go visit. Thelast time i went, i didnt even bother to get myself anything, i got my kid a cake pop and a water and called it a day. Overallthe staff in here is realllllly nice. One gentleman says GOOD MORNING to every person who walks in....even with his back towardsthe door, as soon as it opens - hes screaming good morning. I think thats sweet and polite and does make you feel welcomed uponarrival. Most of the staff seems REALLY familiar with the drinks and are making things at lightening speed. Howeverrrrr, at 8amto 9am in the morning, there's alot of people here soo your drinks will not come out at lightening speed, unfortunately. Thefood items also take a while, i learned my lesson with that and barely order any food now, it takes too long. Overall, when ihave the time - i will stop here occasionally for a tea or coffee. The staff here is quite literally the most rude c*nts of all NYC lol. Come in somewhat happy or trying to order a new drink, and... they?ll roll your eyes at most of what you say. They are the least customer service oriented starbucks I have ever been to, andfor someone with children, it was disheartening that they couldn?t split the SMALL hot chocolate for us so each child would getwhipped cream. Offered to pay extra and all, but told « that isn?t possible ». Also was shamed for ordering a drink that Ididn?t realize was not typical, and then they made it with the wrong milk. Literally worst experience. Save yourself from thehorror and go to Blank coffee right across the street. Literal c*nts. Read more

As always the Baristas here are very friendly and they remember your order faster than you

I don't know if the staff changed or if I just got lucky but they were very friendly, nice and smiley to me and every customer... they got during the two hours I spent there reading and sipping my drink. Read more

Man?.this is first not sterile Starbucks experience in a long time. They just look right through me and others with mobile... order. And then when they call the names for pickup it?s so damn fast that people can?t hear and are confused?then he goes rightback to making drinks, making the line even longer. ?and they gave my drink to the wrong person. And the people ordering liveare getting drinks faster than the online orders. This cost me nearly a half an hour, and will delay the rest of myday. Please go back to focusing on one customer at a time. It will be a more efficient and better experience for all. Read more
