I came back to the location to give it another shot since it is close by the train. Customer service is terrible. After taking... ten minutes to even ask me about my order. As I waited patiently. An older African American women with short hair asks me aboutmy order. I then tell her the name of my order and specifically what I ordered. I tell her ?I ordered a pumpkin spice frappe?obviously the same thing as a Frappuccino. Any person with a brain would not need me to explain that. Then she Rudely Yells out?this is not McDonald?s we don?t have frappes we have Frappuccinos? As if that was even necessary. I?ve never been soembarrassed in an establishment and for absolutely NO reason. As to why an employee would think it?s ok the try to embarrass acustomer is crazy to me. Also the girl at the register tried to argue about my drink INFRONT of me as if I wasn?t right there.I?ve been a manager in footlocker and forever 21 and this is by far the worst customer service I have ever gotten. If I can ratethe store 0 stars I would. This store is complete mess. cheese danish had a whole bunch of nasty burnt crumbs from being heat upin the oven which obviously isn?t cleaned daily or properly ???? Read more
Staff is very polite and hospitality is number one in giving customers what they ask for. They show it, every time I enter... their store. Read more
Really rude bartender, he seamed angry because i didn?t understand him at first and had to repeat my order. The restroom was not... open for customers, but there was no sign at the door, just the same rude bartender screaming at you from the other side of thestore. Read more
Worst costumer service ever. Man taking the order was fed up when I asked him what kind of tea they had. Then when I didn?t... understand what he was saying (I?m a French tourist) he proceeded to scream the same sentence again again, louder and louderuntil I got it. I?m a barista myself in Paris and I don?t understand this behavior at all, especially as I was friendly andpolite and there were only 2 others clients in the store so it wasn?t a stressful situation. I do not recommend for any touristor anyone who wants to have a calm coffee moment. Read more
Good service and they have restrooms.
Right out of #6 train on 50th st.,Always tasty, Frappuccino,in plastic cup, plastic straw, madeleines in cellophane wrap, over... $10, sit in or outdoors, loud latino background music rapping the business! Read more
