So disappointed with this location. I was in here earlier today and asked what time they closed. The barista let me know they... close at 6:30pm. This was great since I had to leave for a play a little after 6pm. I get to door at 6:15pm and guess what theyare closed! If you close at 6pm you should have let me know this when I asked a couple hours before. Or at the very least poston your door SMH Read more

When I got to this starbucks there were not more than 10 ppl in the line up. It took me half an hour to get a coffee.... Understaffed and very slow. I saw some people left the line just because it was taking them too long to get to the beginning ofthe line. Read more

Waited there for 7-10 mins even after placing mobile order, no staff, I ordered egg white feta wrap and this is what I get cold... have to warm up by myself. It?s totally diff food. Just see how it look in app and in the bottom this is what you get.Disappointing. They should add real photos on app. Read more

The people here have been so nice. I work nearby so I order here a lot and it?s always consistent. Pickup with the app is very... reliable. Today I requested my drink be remade bc of a slight error (but one that really irks me- really not a fan of somesyrups)- and they were so nice about it! Worst ever customer service. Total lack of customer. No friendlyness. Just dropping your croissants with total lack of interest.... If you dont like your job, go work somewhere else or stay at home! Read more

One good thing, it was somewhat clean. The counter and service station were, anyway. The floor, however, was muddy from people... walking in and out. Incredibly slippery as well. The cleaning personnel hadn?t bothered to clean it all morning. On top of that,the trash smelled as though it hadn?t been taken out in days. Smelled of old coffee and dough. Service was slow, and they messedup my order and forgot two drinks. Others were also asking where their drink was, as well as some asking when they would receivetheir other drinks. Wish there were some seats or something to sit in while I wait, though there was no seating whatsoever.There were elderly people standing against the wall complaining to their children (I?m assuming they were family) that theirlegs were hurting. Ridiculous. Server was also forgetting to put sleeves on the drinks, which led to complaints of the kidsburning their hands on their parents? drinks. The cherry on top of it all, they refused to serve me a hot Earl Gray tea, because?It?s not on the breakfast menu.? When a day ago I went to a different Starbucks and got one at 9:00am. It was wonderful! Go tothat Starbucks instead. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. Read more

Unfortunately, my worst Starbucks experience. Not only the store is definitely not up to the chain's standards - small, no... seating whatsoever, no tables and a very limited selection of everything - the staff itself is very much not up to par.Extremely slow, unattentive, got my order wrong and handed me a very dirty and dripping cup, getting both myself and my glovesdirty. In order to sit down and clean up, given how cramped the space was, I had to go to the Pret a Manger next door. Avoidthis location, there's a much nicer Starbucks just one block away on 3rd. Read more
