I love this Starbucks, the staff are always super friendly and I never find them to be slow. I don't do mobile ordering so I... can't speak to that, but I have a hunch that everyone complaining about mobile orders haven't ever worked in the serviceindustry and don't understand that when a store is busy it is BUSY- Just because you ordered on your phone doesn't mean youmagically jump the cue. I Stan this location so hard- I will go out of my way to give them my business even though I pass twoother 'bucks' on my way to work. The employees have wonderful cheerful attitudes even on days when I witness them dealing withthe most entitled of Karens. Love them! Read more
It is frustrating when a mobile order is never seen until you arrive. This location of Starbucks is hit or miss. Sunday morning... at 11:50, all employees are in the back. No one saw the mobile orders come in. Employees were slowly moving and distracted bysomething in the back of the store. They were all very nice. The food and Bev were expected quality, good as usual. The slowest service ever. I have literally left while online so I would not be late to work. No one was at the register they... were ignoring the line. I ordered a venti the girl repeated a venti. The person who served my drink gave me a large I said Iordered a venti she said that's what they charged you for with a nasty attitude not even trying to help. Friendly baristas and they are usually quick (morning Rush is hit or miss between 8am-9am). Mobile orders tend to move faster... than in person so if you have the app, use it. Overall, great location given it's been newly renovated but note, no seats! Thislocation (47-48 Sts./3rd Ave) is designed for "quick" service, standing counters only. Very rude staff. I was going to buy a coffee there because I saw how nice it looked and then I wanted to use the restroom so I... asked one of the staff members if I could use the restroom he said no absolutely not I said really while he said there is onenext door in a shop called bread and butter I'm sorry but I will not be going to Starbucks ever again!
