on 42nd street NYC busy busy, but clean clean!!
I went here before work and my drink was done. The man told me my food wasn?t done so I waited an additional 15 mins only for... him to hand me a sandwich that was already sitting there prior to me arriving. I asked him if it was made earlier and he told meno it was fresh and he didn?t see it. I went to work (literally 2 mins away) and my sandwich was NOT hot. It was cold and hardbc it was toasted and it was too late to go back. I get making another because of a simple mistake but flat out lying? Yikes.This Starbucks is usually on point too. Read more
The signs clearly say they close at 7pm, not sure what the ?closes at 10pm? notice means
I ordered nitro cold brew and payed for it. After a while another staff told me that they don?t have nitro cold brew so I said... I?ll just have a cold brew. After I went home I noticed that the price is different. I can?t believe that the staff didn?t tellme about it and offer a refund for the difference. Unbelievable. Please educate your staff.
