I had one great experience everything after that?s was regular or annoying. I thought this was the only good location but it?s... just as bad as the one on 39th and Park, Madison and 42, 41st btw 5th and Madison. None of these locations follow instructionfor mobile order. It?s annoying to order on mobile and when you pick up the order it?s wrong. Then you?ll find yourself waitingfor them to make it over. I?m not doing that anymore I?m just gonna call customer service and complain. I don?t have time forthis. I asked for no Foam and got 1/4 cup of foam. This is everyday. Read more
I ordered the same drink from app in the morning 4 days in a row, they never made it right, not even once. During morning busy... time I understand the staff are hasty and stressful, so I don?t ever ask for a re-do. But recently they started to skip thesyrup which costs extra in my drink. Fine. small little Starbucks, but great location right out of grand central terminal for a quick drink or bite. I had the green juice... bottle for the first time( mango, orange, and kale). It was surprisingly good. Had citibike right outside of it which made evena more convenient stop after the long ride in NYC. Read more

Worst Starbucks on earth. On a Sunday, 1 hour before closing, the staff was more interested on preparing to close than to... provide service. No frapuccino when I requested one, unfriendly attitude by the female barista. The staff definitely needs to betrained or supervised. The most funny or worst part is that they think coffee beans and espresso beans are two different kindsof plants, the barista told me: "we don't make lattes with coffee we make them with espresso" and I asked her: So espresso isnot coffee? And her solid answer was "NO". Read more
Went to this Starbucks location during the evening. The customer service I received was pretty fair. It wasn't the best versus... other locations. I was pretty ticked off when a employee by the name Rachelle made me a drink(Java Chip) that tasted awful. Ihad asked her to add more flavor because it was bland, but instead she added a random favor to my frappe and it made my drinktaste horrific! $6.25 down the drain! Thanks for the horrible experience.
