worst Starbucks in NYC. I have been there 3-4 times. Bad service and rude staff. Let me feel like they never get training before... they become a Starbucks employee. This store never have any Starbucks offer. It like those Starbucks at target but there is abranch. One star is too much, I hope I can give them negative star. Read more
The workers are extremely helpful, the space is very large, music is great for working, the AC is pumping, and it?s not too... crowded. I have really no complaints here, perfect. You should stop by if you?re looking for coffee while social distancing! Read more

This is my new favorite Starbucks location! I went two days in a row. This is either Lower East Side (LES), Chinatown, or in... between both but it definitely is a very open and amazingly generous amount of seating available. This place has the atmosphereof an expensive Asian food restaurant instead of a traditional Starbucks location which makes it feel like it blends inperfectly with the neighborhood. Half of the ceiling is glass/sky light. It has a nice bar section so I had to ask if it is areserve store and if they serve wine....but they aren't and they don't. The main guest area wall is a very long comfortablebench with a built-in led light strip, which must look amazing at night! There are plenty of tables and lots of chairs. The artwork is equally amazing. The location also has various Asian inspired plants throughout. The restroom line is usually verytrendy and hip looking people. You get the occasional traffic officers occupying tables and chairs but it's so much seatingavailable it doesn't seem to bother anyone. I will definitely be going back here on a regular basis and I have to go at leastonce at night. Also, staff is good although they do seem kind of numb to people which I think is more of a preference of thelocals and customers. I say that because the first time I went as I was about to enter plenty of people were exiting and I heldthe door open and only 1 out of about 5 people even acknowledged my presence and thanked me. Yet another Starbucks but this one has a unique feel. Staff is friendly and all your Sbux favorites are here, but the space is... really great. Cool art, great decor and even a sky light! Well done. I gave this a five in comparison to other Sbux; there areway better cafes in the area though. Read more
Opening days: The opening staff fulfills all expectations. Greeted with kindness and a firm hand shake, I felt glad to be a... guest at this location. My order was on point and the baristas remembered my name which is always desireable in a Starbucksestablishment. The interior design of this place seems great for work and study as it is clean and not to bright. I appreciatedthe bar stools and wooden highlights around me. I will come again and expect this joint to keep up with the standards they haveset at day one both in product and service. Read more
