Reviews for Starbucks in New York, NY
Regular starbucks, not better nor worse than others. They start smoking people out by reducing the temperature (it got colder... inside than outside in October) an hour before the closing time. Half an hour before closing time bathroom was already closedwhich was pretty unpleasant to find out when leaving after having half liter of coffee. Read more
Location in a very busy part of downtown Manhattan near different shops and stores. Coffee shop is clean and friendly... environment overall a safe place to sip on a coffee and there's room to chill out with friends company or even a date. Pricesare very high but coffee and for location it is reasonable. Read more
joi (her apron said joi, but incase that?s not her- she has red hair) is so pleasant and patient. she helped me figure out... exactly what i wanted because i wasn?t sure the difference with cold brew and americano. she?s very knowledgeable and i saw herask another customer similar questions to be sure they got what they wanted. (caramel syrup or caramel sauce? matcha latte ormatcha frapp? etc) i thought this was very thoughtful of her. this place is generally really nice and i always come here beforeand during my work breaks so thank you all! Worst experience I?ve ever had at a Starbucks. Google Maps says they?re supposed to close at 8:30 pm on Sundays, and they were... starting to kick everyone out 15 minutes before closing. I had just gotten a hot chocolate, and couldn?t even use the bathroombecause the employee said they were closed already. To top the bad experience, the employee told me ?there?s a TJ Maxx with arestroom? and that place was closed before the Starbucks. Definitely not coming back!! Read more
Hi, I went there a couple weeks ago and I was treated extremely poorly by an employee here. She gave me attitude and I do not... not appreciate it. I believe her name was Marissa or Melissa? Furthermore, I do not think I will be returning to thisestablishment. Do better. Read more
Newly opened Starbucks near the intersection of Broadway and Canal Streets. Although no indoor seating is allowed, the staff... was very friendly and welcoming. The decor is warm and inviting, but the bathrooms are closed due to covid. Drinks and fooditems are up to the usual quality, and there were no lines or crowds during our visit on a warm fall Friday afternoon. Read more
Amazing location! The staff is friendly. I accidentally left my bag and either an employee or patron had been kind enough to... watch it until I returned. Read more
