Regular starbucks, not better nor worse than others. They start smoking people out by reducing the temperature (it got colder... inside than outside in October) an hour before the closing time. Half an hour before closing time bathroom was already closedwhich was pretty unpleasant to find out when leaving after having half liter of coffee. Read more
Location in a very busy part of downtown Manhattan near different shops and stores. Coffee shop is clean and friendly... environment overall a safe place to sip on a coffee and there's room to chill out with friends company or even a date. Pricesare very high but coffee and for location it is reasonable. Read more
joi (her apron said joi, but incase that?s not her- she has red hair) is so pleasant and patient. she helped me figure out... exactly what i wanted because i wasn?t sure the difference with cold brew and americano. she?s very knowledgeable and i saw herask another customer similar questions to be sure they got what they wanted. (caramel syrup or caramel sauce? matcha latte ormatcha frapp? etc) i thought this was very thoughtful of her. this place is generally really nice and i always come here beforeand during my work breaks so thank you all!
