I have been going to this particular location on a pretty regular basis for around a year now. Everyone that works there is... always friendly, drinks are made quickly even when they are pretty busy, some of the managers and baristas even know theregulars by name. Also drinks i order are always good and not accidentally watered-down and inconsistent etc which has happenedat other locations. Also finally got the sbx app after one of the manager?s recommendation last year and reaped the freerewards. 100% recommend this location. Great place for pricey hot green tea. Keeping this real, for a cup of tea, this can keep you out of the cold weather and provide... restroom services. It is a very nice rest stop for it's busy crowded area. On a good day, it even provides free wifi services.The workers are great, and very helpful to most ppl's needs. Update #3 (11/10/21): Thank you so much for keeping up the barriers during this season & keeping dining in safe, selling the ASL... Starbucks product alongside of the classy holiday goodies, being gender affirming, as well as making me the prettiest holidaydrink I've ever seen & with such warmth. Update #2 (10/25/21): I have been not going to any Starbucksnear me lately (due to local law) but this one, in NYC, I adore. For one, they take the safety of their patrons seriously, sincethey adopt NYC law where you MUST have proof of vaccination against COVID-19 in order to dine in & that they require you where amask indoors regardless to protect those who are dining in safe unless you are fully vaccinated. That means a lot to the immunecompromised like myself. And more over, once again, the Baristas and staff are very friendly & treat you & your order kindly &with detail, even if something goes wrong in the app! You can also trust me since I'm a soy milk guy (due to good ol' lactoseintolerance). This is the only Starbucks that has earned my trust solidly after a long absence & look around. Thank youeveryone! Even though you can't dine in at the moment (forobvious reasons), the staff and well-crafted drinks bring me back. :) Original Review: Nice Starbucks. Always get the drinksright. Was early for work by about an hour so I decided to stop here and load up on caffeine. The place itself is well taken care of... and they care about TV the customers as you can see from the pictures of the signs. The manager I was told has hobby ofcollecting coffee mugs but unfortunately they are not for sale. The coffee is good and fresh especially in the morning. Was ableto charge my phone without an issue and they do ask for proof of vaccinations before dining in which reasonable because it is aprivate business. i ordered a caramel frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle, which just means you pour some caramel drizzle around the cup before... pouring the blender contents in the cup. when the barista gave me my frap the bottom of the cup was dark brown (which it?s notsupposed to look like) and i took a sip and all you tasted was caramel, it was terrible. it was 99% caramel and 1% frappuccino.i also ordered a cookie (and as a Starbucks barista myself) you?re supposed to ask if the customer wants it warmed and theydidn?t.. so it came in the package and cold. yikes, guys. do better. So the drink was really good. My mom loved it and she has very exacting standards. Problem came in I needed the restroom and... was appalled a place that serves food that near could have a room that filthy inside. I mean there was a layer of unknownfluids and it looked as if it had not been cleaned in ages. I was very disappointed in the Starbucks name being associated witha restaurant so covered in filth. ????????? Read more
I eat low carb for health reasons and I don?t like my coffee much sweet anyway. so imagine my shock when I took a sip and tasted... a straight up sugar bomb? Ok, no biggie, people make mistakes right? I went back to the counter and let the barista know myorder was prepared wrong, they politely took my drink and said I?d get a replacement right away. Cool. Barista hands me thereplacement, I thank them and I walk off. I take a sip and I then realized the barista emptied out the mistake coffee andfilled the correction into the same cup?
