Dreadful . Service was abysmal, barista was rude and the place was dark with little seating. Worst place I?ve been in US

So it?s a Starbucks it has Starbucks things they actively messed up my cold foam so that was really annoying but the weirdest... thing?. They have no bathroom or outlets to charge your laptop! They also had the loudest I can?t hear myself think music on?went to go to get coffee was planning on sitting while getting some writing in? I lasted maybe 30 minutes before I gave up andleft good thing there?s another one down the street?. Also this location does have the nitro cold brew so not bad if you aregrab and go coffee not great for custom drinks and atmosphere? Read more

Amanda is the worst. I noticed she had no problems being friendly with the other (white) customers but when I (brown girl) got... to the counter and said hello she stared at me blankly and then looked me up and down. I'm not dressed inappropriately. I'm inbusiness casual so unsure of what about my attire screamed I shouldn't be in Starbucks. After I ordered she then thrusted mychange back to me so harshly it fell on the counter. Thanks. I really "enjoyed" the service. The barista who made my drink waslovely. Maybe Amanda should count herself as part of the great resignation if she hates her job so much. Read more

One staff member was super rude. I accidentally took someone else's coffee (who had a smilier name to mine) and took a sip. When... I gave it back to the barista he sighed heavily and yelled "Ugh that's what I said" and rolled his eyes. Very rude. Read more

Clean, the cashier/Barista was very polite and on point. They were friendly and kept the lines moving, while at all times making... sure no customer was missed or waiting too long. My hot chocolate was made to perfection. Read more

This is a really small Starbucks inside a building downtown with not much signage; we almost missed it. There is very little... seating and tables so you are better off getting take-away. The staff were nonchalant but made our beverages exactly how theyshould be. There are stairs to go up into Starbucks for service and there is a wheelchair elevator available. #letsguide#accessible #wheelchairfriendly Read more

Loud music, messy location, and indifferent staff make this a mediocre Starbucks. Here in NYC, I'd rather walk one more block to... get a better experience since I can. Read more

The store is nice but a little bit narrow. To get online order you would probably wait few minutes because one barista cannot... handle all the requests and give online orders away at the same time. Read more
