Was in town for medical treatment and woke with a nasty cold. Once the Starbucks opened , I asked my husband to walk over and... get me ?medicine ball? - to which my husband balked about having to order ?some complicated whatzzit.? I told him ?Trust me.?And ooooooh, that was nice. Especially with a shot of mint. Got another to make the trip back to Connecticut more bearable.?????? Read more
Decent location if you order coffee. Occasionally I?ll have to deal with some nonsense, like them not hearing me say my name... right and then refusing to let me turn cups around to see if my name is there. Weird things like that every so often. Read more
Wish I could give them a negative star- staff there were extremely rude with zero communication skill. We ordered a regular... latte and a decaf. When the barista put one on the counter she said ?tall latte?. I asked if that?s the regular- she paused,looked at me as if I?m the biggest fool she has ever seen and then repeated ?TALL LATTE?. Before I could say anything, she puton a diva face and said ?you ordered a tall latte and a decaf. And I said (pause again) tall latte.? Wow- what a refreshinglesson on how to differentiate your latte. She could have just said ?yes? and gone back making the ?decaf tall latte (yes that?salso the only way to say it)? so that we wouldn?t have waited 20 mins for 2 coffee on an early Saturday morning when there wasno one else in the store. Good place to get work done. Friendly staff. Only problem is that the store doesn?t stick to their operating hours on the... weekends. Sometimes they open at random times (like 8:20) and sometimes they don?t open at all. Other than that this is thelocation I like to come to most. Read more
Horrible! The worst ever Starbucks that I have ever experienced around the World. I told them that I don't want cream, and... turned out they put a big chunk of cream on top of my drink. I told them you made my drink wrong. They scripted the cream offand come back told me that I should say "thank you to them". What is the hell was wrong with them?! There are so many Starbucksin the financial district here in New York. I will never ever come back to this Starbucks anymore. Read more
The afternoon staff here is always helpful. Always get my orders right. Especially today when my granddaughter was whining and... wet. They gave her a cookie and made her feel better. They will have a loyal customer as long as I'm in the area! Thanks crew! Read more
