I just came in here 8:55 11/4, the female on shift at this time is extremely unpleasant, mean and nasty. Someone from management... please reach out to me. I?ll be calling in the morning anyway. My fiancé ordered for me and he wasn?t sure if he specifiedalmond milk or not since I?m allergic to dairy. We immediately went back but the door was locked at 8:58. We knocked on the doorso we can ask if it had dairy or not. Anyway, they all laughed and wouldn?t open the door. The female that works on shift cameup to the door and did hand gestures to leave. We were trying to talk through the door that she refused to open about ourconcern about the coffee. She said NO and shooed us away. Very disheartening experience. I also find it funny that NO ONE couldtake two seconds to open the door to fix my drink for a very valid health reason but the man on shift was fixing HIMSELF a to-gotray of FIVE drinks. I?m a current client of the store but today a had a bad moment with the girl who prepares my coffee. She spoke very badly to me... just for touching the cinnamon powder to put it in my coffee and I didn't know that she should put it. I only saw and used, butshe spoke to me very badly. moment later they put on gloves to remove the container of cinnamon and the truth felt strange, butat that moment she took her cell phone out of her pocket and start to write on it ,what I complained about because she wearsgloves to touch the cinnamon that I use and not to make my coffee after touching her cell phone. I think that people like her are not prepared to provide customer service and should take education before work with a costumer. Read more
Angel always pays attention to the satisfaction of his customers and takes time for them, even if some customers, like the lady... in front of us in line, are beyond help. Starbucks can be proud of such employees. Read more
My kids wanted to take a washroom while i was ordering the drinks and the employee simply didn't let them enter. She said the... washroom was out of service. Which was a complete lie. So I wouldn't call this place or staff working there kids friendly. Read more
This is a very high volume Starbucks so expect long lines during their busy hours plus a mess when there are simply too many... customers with overly complicated drinks to handle. Regardless of that, they do a very good job keeping it all working andrunning fine. Be patient, be polite and you will enjoy yourself :) Read more
Spacious Bux in TriBeCa located very close to City Hall Park, Pace and Weill Cornell/NY Presbyterian Hospital. Lots and lots of... seating including seating that overlooks the park. Individual tables and a larger communal table if you're looking to spread outor make a friend. Has a restroom with a code, which is nice, if you're in the park. All the usual Bux offerings. Service andmusic are usually good. I've had some grumpy experiences but the morning crew right now is pretty great. Keeps me coming back. Read more
