Don?t bother waiting in line for any type of sandwich here. They?re out everytime. Must be bad management!

Incredibly rude employee! I stopped by and explained to the man working that I?m pregnant and desperately need to use the... restroom but he was so rude and abrupt in his response shooing me away. I had no issue making a purchase and understand thattheir restrooms are currently set up as employee only but I explained to him that I?ve went to multiple places before and withmy pregnancy I really need to go but he wouldn?t even make proper eye contact and was just unbelievably rude. I am visiting fromCanada and have traveled to many cities in the states and always go to Starbucks but have never experience such horriblecustomer service before. Read more

So tell me why, after an employee asking for my name and me answering ?Eric?, did it become Erica? Then after receiving the... first item, they still proceed to say Erica for my second item? Stick to a numbering system if you have incompetent employeesthat don?t know how to spell nor confirm the names of their customers. Read more

Great location right by Fulton Station. Ordered sou vide egg bites thru the mobile app. Took all of 5 min to get my order. The... two ladies working the line that morning were efficient and handling multiple tasks seamlessly. Read more

Mobile ordered at 6 am (11/10/19) and then went to the store. Store was not open as late as 630 and I was charged for my drink.... No apology and no refund. Total fail. Read more

This starbucks is the worst. Ordered a cold brew with cascara foam and they took forever making it. I literally stood there... watching him make it and he was like watching my drink to see the "foam go down." I heard him literally say out loud "Why isn'tthe foam going down?" Then he scrapped it off the top with the lid and put that lid on. So now I'm stuck with this cold brewwith foam dripping down the sides. I taste it and it tasts SO BAD. I've ordered this drink before and it has never tasted likethis. I saw the same guy who was making my drink make the order before mine and he opened the honey packets with his teeth. Thenafter putting the honey in the drink he put the packets back into his mouth to suck on the rest while making my drink. The lasttime I ordered the Nitro cold brew with cascara foam at another location, they put on top like a brown sugar powder on top,which of course this guy did not do. So I tried adding my own where the sugar and napkins are and of course nothing is stockedand everything is super dirty. Also, I've been to this Starbucks location before when I put in a mobile order for A TALL BLONDEand I waited like 15 mins before I got so fed up I asked the worker about it and they said that their machine that takes mobileorders has been broken. Had a not-so-great experience. The line was short but the wait for lattes was .... 14 minutes and the wait for Cold buster... coffee was 15. The barista Stella was one of the rudest I've experienced. She talked poorly about everyone who was waiting. Shetalked about their drink choices, their attitudes and their audacity to order something complex. She then was passiveaggressive about people not giving her attitude ;by thanking her for "being polite". Wouldn't come back here for the wait timesand lack of customer service. Read more
