If I could rate this place less than a 1 star I WOULD! With all respect from a New Yorker who been to so much Starbucks in... different areas. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. DONTTTTT. I ordered a small caramel brûlée and I can?t explain to you enough it waslike I was drinking nothing. When I felt my cup I swear I thought they forgot to give me coffee because my cup felt EMPTY andlight no weight at all. Then I checked and it did all the explaining. The cup was filled extremely poorly and halfway. Thepresentation was horrible inside I wish I took a photo. For a Starbucks in Manhattan that looks expensive I am shocked. Might aswell just go to a small Starbucks branch in queens jeez. Read more

Baristas go out of their way to know their regulars! Friendly, easygoing, upbeat, and non-judgmental!!! Drinks are always on... point. Never had a problem. Covid did prevent indoor dining. They changed their hours of operations... but they never stoppedmaking their customers happy including fulfilling my outrageous order ???? It was a bet to see if they would follow the appordering instructions. And I was pleasantly impressed the barista made it and also smiled... he said ?I?ll make you another oneif you aren?t satisfied?. Now that?s great customer service! Read more

Best run, most helpful and quick Starbucks in the area. I go to Starbucks every day. What I really want is my drink done right,... quick and with no guff. I?m here for business this week. I like this Starbucks because they care about getting it right and aresweet and helpful.
