You sit there for an hour plus drinking coffee and run to the bathroom just for... workers to stare at you with an attitude and tell you the bathroom is closed! These are the nicest Starbucks baristas I?ve ever encountered. I?m not one to write a review on any experience ever but they... deserve everything good. This is a large store with plenty of seating. The staff was friendly.
Love this location . Good music . In my opinion this seems like a larger space than some of the other locations in the city .... Tables are spread out with lots of chairs . First time ordering a vanilla cream cold brew and I love it ! Definitely will beordering again . Nice staff here too . Read more
In over 25 years of ordering the same beverage the same way I have never been told that I?m not entitled to more tea because I... ask for less ice. If I don?t ask for it that way it?s crammed full of ice. I gave it more than one star because I believe it wasmore the attitude of this particular employee (who was rude to the guy ahead of me as well) than the entire staff. I usually don?t review Starbucks?? cus, it?s Starbucks m, we kinda already know what it?s like. But for one thing this one has... adequate seating. Which is sometimes hard to come by in nyc. But the thing that stood out to me was the barista. As the we?reworking and pumping out drink she was saying ?happy Wednesday everyone m! Im admittedly an avid fan of Starbucks? matcha latte. I dont know what it is about its matcha powder that I find tastier than... other coffee shops I have been to. In any case, I keep coming back, and I have gone to many a Starbucks location. This one usedto be good, the one on 7th Ave and Grove St, by the 1 subway station. This is a prime location, I must say. Close to the subway,walking distance to NYU and other subway stations in the West Village, but the service has just gone steadily down. Today mostespecially, it took my matcha latte 20 plus minutes. The line was long, up to the door, and people waiting for their orders weremilling about by the pick up area. Didnt help that the baristas had long faces????????. Bad days everyone? Dont we all somedays? But you are the one behind the counter in a service industry. Would a greeting, a small smile be so hard????????????? Read more
Liked this Starbucks has nice seating with outlets underneath the seats, though outlets are jinky (lose)but u get by if you... need a charge. Other than that nice alternative play list of music being play. It's doable?????? Read more
