The service is slow. The products are standard Starbucks. The staff more interested in gossiping than serving customers. Even... using the app to order ahead does not ensure that drinks will be ready for pickup when you arrive, I often see my drink labelbeing printed after I arrive for a mobile app pickup. On weekends with good weather, the store is often full of bridge andtunnel visiting the upper west side. Read more

I go to this Starbucks frequently and they are always friendly and the service is quick. The baristas always make the drinks to... perfection! My favorite here is the caramel frappuccino. They have mobile order but no parking structure. Read more
5 stars based on: Accurate order, Line moved quickly, Beverages made quickly, And most of all, has a bathroom!! For everyone! ... Even with the code on a sticker above the numpad. In the midst of nearly 1/3 of all my favorite Starbucks in NYC going frombathroom --> "no public bathroom", I find this an impressive and bold move. Well done! Read more
