Always have to wait for my drinks but I never complain even though I order 10-15 mins in advance before I reach the spot. Last... time I visited this store someone had mistakenly taken my drink and came in to return the drink and the barista was forcing meto take the same drink even though the lady who mistakenly took the drink said she drank from the cup. I was already 10 minuteslate with my drink and when I asked the barista to help me get the drink faster since I was super late for my work, sheaggressively said I will have to wait. Let me start off by saying this is my first time at Starbucks , so I decided to give it a shot ; I ask the cashier for the... Birthday Cake Frappuccino, even though at first he didn?t know what I was talking about , someone did explain to him it was anitem on the secret menu , my wife got a Carmel Frappuccino , she didn?t enjoy it at all , and my drink I?ll give it a 6/10 ;very disappointing that it tasted like hazelnut only ; I?ll give it 4 stars only because I don?t want to negative review anystore I visit , but this probably will be my first and last time at Starbucks in general let?s see Read more

A homeless man came in complaining about my service dog and raised a fit even took a swing at. Bought nothing and stayed for... over an hour then I left. I thought they would calm him down or something but they treated him like he was there best friend. The bathroom was completely trashed. All around it was one of the filthiest Starbucks I been too.
