Very small location - gets very crowded during the morning rush. Not sure why an entire corner of what could be seating or... standing room is blocked off for a few boxes. Would be nice to open that up and spread out the morning crowd. Some of the staffis friendly enough while others are totally unapproachable, which is a shame because they rarely call out mobile names eventhough drinks are piled up and people are waiting. App says ready in 10 minutes? Make that 25 minutes. Read more
when an asian woman like me, coming in, all the them behind the counter all seems like ignoring me like I am a ghost, tell me to... wait when I asked for a coffee, and then there is this white guy coming in and everybody saying hi? I love the staff here. Every single one of the barista is so nice and friendly even though I order complicated drinks. They... listen with patience and do a great job every single time.. Only wish the space was bigger. Read more
They not too long open a new Starbucks in my neighborhood and it's off the chain. The food is good and the service as well.... Our local Starbucks was out of soy so we moved our mobile order here. Nice walkup mobile order window! But the coffee wasn't... great. Wife's quad was watery, for the second time now. My 'extra dry' cappuccino was more like a no-foam latte. If you're notgoing to do what I ask, maybe don't let me customize it? Read more
I love love the Starbucks on 3rd street & 1st Avenue. They always greet me when I arrive. The service is great.
