Too much changes with management the moral hasn?t been the same in a long time. Why have a mobile window and now management... isn?t using it. That would help with the overcrowding for the morning rush. Read more
Very small location - gets very crowded during the morning rush. Not sure why an entire corner of what could be seating or... standing room is blocked off for a few boxes. Would be nice to open that up and spread out the morning crowd. Some of the staffis friendly enough while others are totally unapproachable, which is a shame because they rarely call out mobile names eventhough drinks are piled up and people are waiting. App says ready in 10 minutes? Make that 25 minutes. Read more
when an asian woman like me, coming in, all the them behind the counter all seems like ignoring me like I am a ghost, tell me to... wait when I asked for a coffee, and then there is this white guy coming in and everybody saying hi?
