Came in ordered a drink. I was told I couldn?t use the bathroom because they closed in an hour. Odd and inconvenient. Google... also says they close at 9PM and it is currently 3:12PM. Overall for a company which aims to be ?America?s second living room?not a great experience. Also asked if I could just use the baby changing table and was told I could not. Read more
they made my drink cold instead of hot like i ordered which is fine so I told them pls don?t throw away the venti cold drink... i?ll take it so they don?t waste it, then they poured it all out in front of me while i was saying again pls don?t waste it! soannoying and such a waste! Read more
They should upgrade the outside patio to make it awesome. Like more plants and less concrete
Stand alone Starbucks are on point no problems however the others within a particular store are totally unprepared lack of ice... cups etc Read more
Feb 4, 2022 between 8:45am to 9:00 am. I used to love this location, not until one of the lady who works here that does the... warming up of the bread came up to me without saying excuse me or good morning, and asked me for proof of vaccination and ID. Itold her I showed already to the barista guy that handover my coffee since I want to be seated, but she still insisted me toshow to her my proof of vaccination and ID. Train your employees the proper procedure on how to approach customer, and lastlytrain them to be courteous. Read more
The barista insisted on making the drink of the person behind me before mine, even though the guy said multiple times I was... first in line and he was fine with waiting. He didn?t appear to be in any hurry, so I have to assume it was because the baristasaw I had luggage with me so she assumed I?m from out of town. Complete garbage service, especially since I was standing rightthere as this all happened, waiting patiently for my drink. Learn some customer service peeps. Read more
Great customer service, indoor seating (work table with chargers and small tables) as well as plenty of outdoor seatings with... umbrellas. Convenient for a quick stop or to sit for a while and enjoy. Read more
