Going to avoid this one like the plague in the future. They don?t keep their roasts full. So I have now twice ordered on the app... only to arrive and find that the literal black coffee (their simplest item) was not ready and have to wait five minutes eachtime. What is the point of the mobile pre order if you can?t deliver on time? Read more

Location is great and staff are awesome, but the prices are significantly higher than other Starbucks. $6.50 for a tall, over $7... for a grande, and nearly $8 for a venti is absolutely insane. The atmosphere is good to grab and go, but could use an upgrade ifthey want people to stay in. In this neighborhood that would be more valuable as people are looking for nice places to gettogether and have coffee socially. Read more

Worst service. One day it takes like 5 minutes other 30 even if and listen? I?ve never visited this location where ANYONE else... was in line. I?ve waited like 30 minutes while works literally stared at me doing nothing. I don?t complain about most thingsman. I?ve had worse service and still given 4 or 5 starts if the food is good because I couldn?t care less but this Starbucks ina headache. Read more

Hit or miss. The wait time is long, even during off-rush hour. Most of the baristas are nice people, but the manager is the... worst. He is rude, combative, interrupts you and talks over you while you are still talking, and then has a nerve to tell youyou are rude. He thinks that filibustering a customer and talking down is an effective control tactic. His coworkers look mildlyterrified when he is there, and I've worked for a few big company CEOs who talk to people around them in a far more polite, alot nicer way than this guy talks to his customers, even when there is an issue. His lack of social intelligence and customerskills are the reason why I am not going back there any time soon. I go there for a treat, not to be mistreated, and if hecannot or refuses to hear what the customer has to say, then maybe he has no business in a customer-facing business. Read more
