I asked for Pattaya noodles off the menu which I have had multiple times at the Union Square location. I asked for no scallion... or green onion. I made it very clear to the waitress and mentioned i have shellfish allergy as well as a sensitivity to onion.She brought me my food and I was trying to flag her down. She did not come to my table for a few minutes, which is fine but whenshe did I mentioned it her. Aside from the onion, there was a lack of flavor and the noodles tasted old. I ordered a drink aswell. I took two bites of it and could not eat it. The manager gave me 5% off of a meal I could not eat. I mentioned they needto be more careful because a slip up like this with an ingredient someone is highly allergic to can cause a medicinal emergency.Such bad customer service and terrible food in comparison from the other union square location. I do not recommend this locationbased on customer service and most importantly food quality. Read more
45 min for pick up and still waiting. Said it would be 20 min. Happened a while back as well. They are all over the place.... Definitely not worth the wait. Bangkok maison around the corner is a great alternative Read more

Spice is one of my favorite Thai spots to eat. They always pack the flavor and fresh ingredients. The spring rolls are light and... crispy, served with a sweet chili sauce that cannot get enough of. My go to order is the chicken pad Thai with an order ofpineapple fried rice. It?s the best of both! Read more

Ordered pickup for lunch from that Thai spot . Food was ready fairly fast (around 15 minutes from placing the order) I e got... pineapple fried rice and food itself was pretty good except for chicken (it was too dry). Environment itself is nice and clean.Portion was not so big and came out to 17$ total (not including tip ) - pretty steep price for that size of a portion. Had a vegetable curry dish. My freind had a bunch of different appetizers. It made for a great meal.
