Really cool looking venue- love the design details in the floor, dance floor ceiling, side booths, and stairways. I was there... for a designer award ceremony, so it was set up a little differently than a concert, but it was still memorable. I also lovedthat it is right across the street from Hamilton The Musical. Read more

I went to see Will Wood in concert with family. The venue was beautiful. My pictures aren't great because of the dimmed lights;... however, you can see the lovely architecture and design. It felt like taking a step back in time, which was really cool. I amstill in awe of the ceiling- i think it is art deco. Appetizers and dinner (as well as drinks both non-alcoholic and alcoholic)were available for purchase. I had the lemon butter salmon with asparagus and those cute little multi colored potatoes and thosewith me had the truffle fries. Everything was presented nicely, cooked well, and tasted delicious. The attendants were veryfriendly. Be mindful that people line up for the venue very early so you'll want to be prepared to stand for a long time. I didnot have the ability to walk down the stairs even with my cane, but they called for someone and they quickly arrived to escortme to an elevator. At some points early in the show, the sound was too loud, but they seem to have gotten things adjustedbefore the main event. No matter where one sits, you would have a good view of the stage. Please note that seating is firstcome, first served (even in VIP) so if you are going to some sort of event that is sold out you definitely want to arrive earlyto get a seat (unless you enjoy and have the ability to stand). Wow ... my forst time here did not expect for it to be so good. Love the fact that they have a bar and food. Drinks cna be... vetter quality for sure. They tasted cheap. Food was about right giving that you are for the event not the food. Services wasgood. General admisión had a little too many chairs but managed to enjoy the show regardless ! Went here to see Geoff Tate (Queensryche). All the staff really do their jobs well, serving 500 drunk metalheads is not easy.... Our waitress was especially excellent, she had long curly brown hair. My criticisms would be this: there's no menu on thewebsite. I didn't care about the prices, but I have dietary restrictions and it would have been nice to see if I could actuallyeat anything here before making a plan for the night. Next, the website says "first come first serve" so we got there 2 hoursearly to chose our seats, but the staff assigned us seats anyway, doesn't make sense to me. Third, their sound system doesn'tseem to be equipped for rock/metal or just loud acts. Eric Martin's (Mr Big) Mic was clipping sometimes and the acoustic guitarswere barely audible. Geoff Tate's Mic was clipping pretty much the whole time as we're the electric guitars and the speakerswere distorting. Still had fun thanks to the wonderful staff, but I wouldn't come back here. THIS REVIEW IS ONLY ABOUT THE BIA CONCERT. THE CONCERT WAS 20 MINUTES LONG. NICE PERFORMANCE BUT TO SHORT. THEY HAD US WAITING... NEARLY 3 HOURS FOR HER TO BE ONSTAGE. WE WERE TOLD AHEAD OF TIME THAT IT'D BE ONLY A 2 HOUR WAIT. THE VENUE AND STAFF ARE TOPNOTCH. 5 STAR TREATMENT AND SERVICE FOR SURE. FOOD WAS DECENT YET OVER PRICED. THE DESSERT ???? WAS TERRIBLE AND A VERY SMALLPORTION FOR THE EXORBITANT PRICE. I'VE HAD MUD PIE IN DIFFERENT PLACES AND MANY STATES. IT'S ALWAYS CLOSE IN TASTE ANDCONSISTENCY. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT LIKE ANY MUD PIE I HAVE EVER TASTED. IT WAS ALMOST COFFEE LIKE IN TASTE AND WAY TOO LIGHT.MUD PIE IS SUPPOSED TO BE RICH AND DECADENT. Read more
