I would give a 0. The soup base tastes like can soup and they forcefully charge a 18% tip without your permission. When I asked... the owner if this is reasonable, she was like “Yes, we changed the rule!” That was ridiculous. Read more

I’d give 0 if I can. All the one stars in the reviews are valid. Very very rude and condescending owner & customer service. We... were shopping before with some bags and walked into an empty restaurant for lunch. Then we were asked and required to sit at atiny table. We politely asked if we could sit at a bigger two person table but got refused cuz she said that table was forbigger party if they need to move tables around. She sound very angry like this was our first dinning out experience in life. Weleft right away and she kept cursing behind us. DONT EVER COME HERE! Chef Tan next door has great service and food!!! A cute little place. We particularly liked the pickled fish soup. The green pepper gave this slight numbing feeling on your... tongue when you eat the soup, and your stomach feels so warm even for a few hours after eating. Just like when someone isputting a hot water bottle on your tummy. Read more

The food is great here. Atmosphere comfortable enough for lunching by yourself. Only drawback is the tip get automatically added... to your bill but I understand the waiters have to make a living. Read more

1. The owner was very rude and ask the customer to sit the exact seat she wanted them to be seated. Even that girl ask if she... can switch to other table, and the owner said NO.Giving your customer order of what to do is not okay! 2.The food used to begood, back to 4 years ago. And now, it’s just waste of your money. Small size of noodles and don’t fresh at all. 3. It wasvery hot that day and I ask for turn the AC on but the owner said it’s on. Everyone at the restaurant was literally sweating!!If you try to keep the cost low, then make better food first! 4. She charged 18% tips without telling you, and told us this isthe rule of the house, there’s no 15% tips anymore, minimum is 18%. Totally scam - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY Read more

Noodles texture was good - enjoyed the soup as well. I was hoping that it was served in the “cross bridge noodles” style for... the experience though but it all came in a bowl (hence the one star off). Read more

This restaurant serves authentic Yun Nan style rice noodles (in mandarin, “????”). I have never seen this anywhere else in... the US and was so excited to try it here. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the service is always speedy since many ofthe fresh ingredients cook directly in the heated pot of broth. I really hope their business is hanging on during the pandemic- St Marks is such a busy street but I have never had to wait in line here! Overall adore this restaurant. Try the spicy fishnoodle soup, tomato base noodle, pork base noodle, or really anything. Appetizers are delicious too. Read more
