We had a shake shack burger, a chicken burger and a vegetarian shroomburger. With two regular fries and one spicy cheese fries. ... I wasn?t really convinced by their shroomburger, it was more like a cheese croquette with a mushroom in it than a mushroompaddy. Also their spicy cheese fries are ok, but not exceptional. I had never eaten at SS....I WONT BE GOING BACK. I GUESS SINCE I WAS TO GO,THEY THOUGHT THEY COULD PASS OFF A BURNT HAMBURGER. I... mean burnt...dried to the bone. I should have walked back but I will just eat my HAMBURGER at the corner of 39th and Third. Thecook always gets it right...it's juicy..plus when u ask for onions he puts them on there. Sadly the coca cola was weak. At anyMcDonald's is you say there is something wrong with the coke....THE MANAGER KNOWS TO CALIBRATE SYRUP VS SODA. I have walked byhere for a week. It's busy and the delivery staff is in perpetual motion. I guess I was there on the wrong day, wrong time. Butthis has taught me a lesson...CHECK MY ORDER BEFORE I LEAVE ANYWHERE. BURNT.....COME ON...you don't think the fry cook didn'tknow it!!!!! A GOOD THING..the youngman at the cash register ....black glasses....was more than kind. I had no issues having a table for dine in, and it wasn't busy at all when I went during the lunch time. The place is super... clean as well. I ordered the Shakeburger and it was very good! I had fries as well, and i love the crinkleness and thecrispiness. My favourite part was my Cookies & Cream milkshake. It is sweet, thick and delicious! Highly recommend! Read more
Didn?t enjoy my experience. 8 dollars for a burger (smoke burger) that is soo tiny, smaller than your hand. What a ripoff!... Everything comes kind of stale, soggy with oil. The french fries was the least bad cause it was crunchy, but the black trufflesauce was cold, straight out of a fridge. Found myself wishing I had gone to McDonald?s instead, which is a very rare thoughtfor me. I don?t see a reason to go back. Oh, and a big waiting line (address closer to Times Square seams even worse) withnowhere to sit since many customers use seats to talk after they eat. There are so many food options in Manhattan with a bettervalue and cozier ambience? Just go elsewhere. Read more
Shake Shack never disappoints with their burgers. I definitely prefer coming her over alot of places in the area. Staff is... always friendly. I had the Smoke Stack and it was pretty amazing. Cheeseburger with Niman Ranch applewood-smoked bacon, choppedcherry peppers, ShackSauce. And out of all Fris, I have to say that Shake Shack cheese fries is the BEST. Love it. This locationhas 2 bathrooms which are always kept clean and nice. Read more

Quickly ran into this location with my daughter after her appointment and it was super clean and quick. We didn't wait for long... and was greeted by everyone. I noticed a young man, walking up and down ensuring things were good for everyone. I had to ask hisname and felt compelled to leave a review. Corey is a star... he walked up and down the dining area making sure everyone takencare. He should be valued and I can tell he is...
