Celebrated my birthday there. It was a great experience! Great customer service . Sashimi was superbly fresh! Chef personally... threw in a surprise dessert consisting of 3 cakes, 4 different types of mochi ice cream, creme brulee and a red bean and machaice cream too! Sake and choyu was so good too. ???? Another place for restaurant week that you can check out. But there is no available reservation atm, not sure if they do walk... in. I really like the bone marrow, and it goes well with the noodles. Fresh ingredients were used, however, the flavors clashed too much. Radish stole the flavor of the foie gras since the two... ingredients, foie gras and radish, had a similar flavor and texture. The foie gras was tender, but when eating together with theequally tender radish, it became strange. The sea urchin and truffle risotto was extremely salty. When the cooked whitemushroom and raw truffle were combined, you could barely taste the truffle's freshness and it didn't taste all that differentfrom regular creamy mushroom spaghetti. There is also matcha cheesecake, however, the scent of matcha and the richness ofcheese are completely at odds with one another and cannot be combined.
