+Great for appetizers and variety of food. +Affordable +Friendly service -Pho soup is average (+but a lot of meat) Most... Vietnamese restaurants I been to are just specialized in pho/main. It is rather great to try other food, such as appetizers, meat, and many other dishes. Some restaurants offers a bit more, but they are way expensive than this one. And Sao Mai offerseven more. I love the fried crepe that is not on the main menu. I saw it on the back of drinks menu lol. But the fried crepe isdelicious. It combines chewy pork pieces that probably marinated with fish sauce, shrimp, and bean sprouts. It provides crispyexternal layer, chewy pieces, and veggie freshness. Combing with basil & mint leaves, ahhh I wouldn?t mind to eat iteveryday? Anyway. I think it?s a great restaurant. I hope they can make more appetizers and other variety. Probably willcomeback next time. Oh, and it?s very affordable. Two of us had 4 appetizers and 2 mains, and it?s like 50. Read more

Calamari was amazing!! Would highly recommend getting it if you come here. The portions for the pho were also pretty big, and... they didn?t skimp at all on the meat which was awesome. The only thing for me is that I like my noodles to be a little more onthe firm side and these ones were definitely very soft. Read more

Another great Vietnamese restaurant in the East Village. I ordered a steam rice bun with pork. It is not bread as I had... imagined but a wet rice roll. It is served on a bed of lettuce. It was actually delicious. The Banh Mi was sliced grilled porkand was also delicious. A no frills restaurant just serving great food! Read more

One of the best pho I?ve had in the East side. The broth was super rich and warming and they give a lot of protein in the pho.... 100% would recommend! Read more

This place is AMAZING! The pho is incredibly delicious and I absolutely loved the broth. I tried my partner?s pork dish and it... was cooked so well, I had no idea pork could be cooked so deliciously without being bacon or pork belly. Highly recommendcoming! Read more
