Anyone here for spicy Indian style burger?\nQuestion yourself how much spicy you can tolerate. I had level 4 spice level and it... was little high for me. But still can tolerate and completed it. I could have enjoyed more if had level 3!!\nThe chilli chickenand chilli cauliflower was the best. I would definitely come more in future! Read more

Small seating area inside. Kitchen was very clean and friendly cashier. We ordered Big rowdy medium spicy, fried chili... cauliflower and bad to the bone. Big rowdy fried chicken sandwich was sloppy to eat but very tasty. Would order again. Wouldn\'torder the Bad to the bone again. It was fried chicken with bones caked in spicy dry chili powder. Was overcooked, dry and verysalty. The chili cauliflower lost it\'s crunchiness quickly from too much sauce. I\'d come back just for the chicken sandwich. Read more

Super delicious, crunchy and spicy chicken in the area. I love the concept of Indian Fried Chicken and amazed how they brought... option of different Indian places as spice level. We tried Andhra(level 3) and it was damn spicy. I would dare people to go fullon and try Assamese(level 5). The coconut water and chili chicken are good and Rowdy Chicken sandwich is awesome.\n\nBig thumbsup and will definitely come back here in future and try Level 5. Read more

I tried the viral Indian fried chicken burger in the East Village. Warning: the spice level is legit. And the jump in heat from... Rebel (Hot) to Rogue (Extra Hot) is huge! Good flavor; would eat again; but would not travel specifically for it.\n\nBig Rowdy(potato bun, mint, yogurt, pickled onion) Read more

Best lunch in New York. This is the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. SO flavorful. Tons of different spices, and a yogurt... sauce paired with a potato bun and pickled red onion. Huge sandwich, great value. You can’t miss this spot!! Read more

Big recommendation from my friend so came to try its chicken sandwich when I had a occassion to come to the city.\n\nI think... what’s unique about their sandwich is the sauce. It is Indian cuisine type of creamy and yet also spicy kind of sauce thatgoes into the sandwich. They also executed it well in a way that the sauce doesn’t necessarily overwhelms the chicken, whichsometimes happens with other places for general burger or sandwich. Chicken, by the way, was very crispy and juicy, nocomplaint.\n\nIf you are not good at spicy taste, I would recommend going for spicy level 2. Level 1 might be too bland. If youare used to spicy taste, you are mostly fine for level 3 in my opinion. Level 4 or 5 is certainly not my territory, so nocomments. Good luck if you are gonna try.\n\nMinus one star is just due to my own preference. I’m mostly against the foodsthat require whatever types of efforts. Their chicken sandwich can get really messy while eating, so I need to be careful whileeating and def need bunch of napkins.\n\nWould have gone to this place on regular basis if it were in my neighborhood becausepicking it up and eating it at my home would make it a lot less troubled for how messy it gets. Highly recommend if you are inthe negihborhood, but be mindful that it will be very hard to get a sit inside.\n\nUPDATE: revising my star to 5 because justordering chicken (not chicken sandwich) is much more what I would enjoy from this place and it gets much less messy Read more

Love love love the place! I’ve been a huge fan of Chef Chintan and the rest of the unapologetically Indian team for all their... previous restaurants: Dhamaka, Semma, Adda and the online-only (biryani bol)\n\nSo when this spot opened up we needed to checkit out. Obviously the big draw of this place is the fried chicken and while I’m vegetarian there’s plenty of other thingsfor me to eat. For starters, my partner called it the fried chicken sandwich of her dreams. Get the small so you can enjoy avariety of other things.\n\n- (20/10) vada pao. This is an Indian potato slider and the bread melted in my mouth. So much sothat I got up mid meal to order a second one. You can easily eat 2.\n- (10/10) chilli cauliflower- this was the most uniquefried cauliflower I’ve had and the batter added a crunchy crispy touch to the dish I’ve never had previously. The spice wasdefinitely too much for me to handle so that’s a caution for the mild hearted.\n- we got all the chutneys and frankly canrecommend not needing it since the food is well spiced.\n\nThe place is literally a hole in the wall with 4, 2-people tables. While stuff moves quickly, there can be a wait to get a table if you want to eat in there. I do recommend eating in for the fullexperience! We went around 2:30 for a late lunch and it was a bit manageable. Read more

Definitely a solid place for fried chicken / sandwich in the neighborhood. The spice level is legit - it really is spicy. The... chicken is nice and tender on the inside, and the flavor is - imagine if Nashville hot chicken had a Indian cousin - there’s asubtle Indian twist. Service is fast, staff is friendly, and price is fair! Read more
