An incredible experience that deserves all the hype it can get. Chef Jackson personally plates dishes in an small open kitchen... environment, presents and introduces each and every one, and lovingly explains how each ingredient is sourced and why it'simportant within the context of a unsustainable food system. After eating there twice, I am now a full convert to fermentedfoods and the slow-cooking movement, largely in part to the mind-bogglingly deep flavors that he coaxes out of every plate. Ifyou're hesitant to try fermented foods, this is the perfect place to try the best of the best. This is very reasonably pricedwhen considering the experience and the Michelin-quality food. Chef Jackson has brought world-class dining to the heart ofHarlem, and I hope to keep coming back. Read more

This place fully desserve a Michelin ?? The food is locally sourced, fresh, using subtly infused and fermented ingredients, you... really feel the owner’s passion in what he does. As a pregnant woman & fine dining enthusiast this is really the first time, Iwas offered a variety of non-alcoholic drinks surprisingly delicious and we didn’t feel full at the end of the 8 coursemeal. The place is cozy and the staff friendly. Will definitely come back. Read more

This is not your average restaurant. It’s an experience. My husband and I ate there last night. From the door, we were... impressed. The service was attentive without being annoying. We loved the courses as they challenged our palates. We’vetraveled the world, but this place is a must return. Read more

Amazing Chef's Table experience. It is expensive, but you are paying for a fantastic meal and an intimate experience with the... Chef and staff. Every dish was well thought out and inspirational. The wine pairing was fine, but the non-alcoholic drinkpairing was fantastic. I would highly recommend the non-alcoholic pairing. No pictures because it is a "technology-free" diningexperience, so don't expect to get any good photos for the social media. Read more

LOVE the entire Reverence family. Their food is always creative and surprising, but they have been especially amazing throughout... the pandemic. We love their weekend dinners, their meal kits, and all the other daily needs they have made available to thecommunity! Read more

I absolutely loved how personable the staffs gets with the diners. The food was good, there was two dishes that wasn't my... favorite but that's my personal flavor profile choice, the wine pairing was absolutely amazing in my opinion, there wasn't adrink I didn't like. Also they gave me another dish to try after they found out I didn't like the previous dish, which made thewhole experience that much better! Ashley really went beyond for us! One of the chefs, she was hilarious when she talks aboutthe dish, really loved her energy as well! Also the lovely sommelier who shared her fantastic knowledge for the wines, reallyliked the communication between the staff, it showed great team work! The only thing I probably would say was the whole beingon time promptly, it's probably a bit hard for people like me who is always on time or early for things. I was confused at thedoor as they have it locked until its time for you to go in, so I felt kind of weird just standing outside with my friendwondering when to get in, watching for someone to give us a signal, thats really the only issue that bothered me a bit, butother than that, the experience was great and would love to come back for their new menu! The food was creative and fresh. The flavors blended together in unexpected and delicious ways. The alcohol pairing was playful... and plentiful, Anne Marie giving tips on how best to enjoy the pairing and giving a bit of backstory. The servers are anintimate part of your dinner, and it's more enjoyable for it. There is a lot of heart and emotion in that kitchen, and it's ajoy to experience. Read more

The food doesn't match the hype. Some nice dishes and fresh ingredients, but the overall experience was average. The wine... pairing was probably the biggest disappointment. None matched particularly well and small pours of average quality wine. Wewanted to like it and the staff were really great but I just can't recommend it Read more
