Forgot to take a picture of the soup dumplings which tasted pretty standard. Service was quick. You form a queue outside as... there's no wait list. Food was pretty good and affordable for Hell's Kitchen. Read more
Chicken soup with hand pulled noodles, pork soup dumplings, scallion pancake and pork pan fried steam buns...wouldn't change a... thing. Plus really attentive service. Totally recommend. Amazing variety of very delicious Bao! I'm giving a 1 star specifically because I don't think they're hand pulled even though it... says so on the menu and they're playing videos of it on the projector. Hand pulled noodles should have a round cross sectionsince they're being pulled. However, the noodle I ate had a square cross section, meaning it was either cut or extruded.Additionally, the noodles didn't have the chewy, "qq" texture that hand pulled noodles should have. I don't know what happenedbut I had non-hand-pulled noodles in my bowl. The food is delicious and the staff are great! I just think I was misled. Read more

So happy we stopped in for dinner! We waited about 15 minutes in the vestibule (out of the cold). Food was AMAZING! I had the... house stir fry with shrimp, beef, and egg. The house made noodles are incredibly delicious. My daughter had pork soupdumplings. I had never tried soup dumplings before but I will get them from now on. Everything was so flavorful!
