I unfortunately had to give this place 2 stars because of service, food quality, and price. I brought my family here for my... nieces birthday. As my native Japanese sister in law wanted to give it a shot. -1 ?? because of service. There was two waitersfor the entire restaurant that had about 40-50 people if I?m not mistaken. Unfortunately 2 servers isn?t enough to cover thewhole restaurant and service was a bit slow and at times felt negligible. -1 ?? because of quality. Unfortunately there wasmuch left to be desired when it came to flavor/quantity . I?ve eaten tonkatsu ramen ???? in NUMEROUS places and pork was stiff, seemed old, and dry. Not tender at all -1 ?? because of price. If you see in the photo, the ramen was $17 ???? ? bro for thattiny of a bowl? why are you charging so much? Clearly in comparison to the red spoon this bowl was tiny. Please compare thepicture of ramen from a different Ramen spot. I gave it two stars because they replaced my nephews ramen that had hair in it,and the cleanliness of this spot wasn?t bad. It might not be bad idea to look at what your other option are. Read more
The borth is so tasty and I think it taste better than ippauo(???). It will be even better if they don?t add raw cabbage chunks... in it. Also,I?m glad that they have topping in this lunch special ramen. I really cannot understand why nowadays restaurantsrequire their customers to order the toppings aside from ramen itself. Read more

Ordered for take out yesterday. Ambiance, service and sanitation are great but the food is not. If you are really looking for an... authentic Japanese ramen with an authentic broth, handmade noodles, grilled soft delicious Chashu then this is not your placeunless you have no idea what real ramen tastes like. The best ramen place I have ever been to. I've been going for almost a year now, and I have enjoyed every single visit. The food... is so flavorful, the waiters are sweet, and everything down to the decoration is beautiful. I was here on halloween and thewaiters dressed up as squid game characters. It was so crowded but so much fun, and the service stayed excellent. I went againrecently with my two younger cousins and my grandma and the youngest ate everything so fast ; he loved it! The chef(s)definitely work very hard and it is appreciated. This place is amazing and I would love to see more of these open up in thefuture! Read more
Located close to the NYU and I assume that there are many students coming here. That might explain why the music was on the... volume level of a bar. If I wasn't alone I would not have been able to converse with anyone. Service was very friendly butsurprisingly slow for how empty the place was when I was there. The food was solid, large portion, but a little bland. I hadordered a side curry as an add-on which was unfortunately only warm at best and bordering on cold. The rice was a bit dry, therest was good. Prices were fair. Cannot really say that it was bad but can also not say that I will ache to come back. A solid3 stars. Read more
Had delicious spicy tan tan ramen with friends here! It took awhile for our food to arrive which is the only reason I'm giving 4... stars and not 5 but I will defiantly be back. We ordered 2 sakes, the lychee and pineapple. Both were perfectly sweet. Read more
