I had high hopes for this place seeing the reviews and pictures. We got two ramen, one charshu donburi, and the gyoza. First of... all, the donburi was so sad looking I could already tell the rice was too wet and mushy before I tasted it. And yes, the ricetasted awful, it's overcooked with too much water. The bottom was stuck together and it was just a big pie of rice. The gyozawas supposed to be appetizers but they brought it out when we're almost done with our mains. When we asked about the gyozas theytold us it takes awhile to make. We had high hopes hearing that thinking it must be really good. Then, it came out to be 5 sadlooking pan fried dumplings that's very greasy and small. The ramen itself was good, but for $17.50 a bowl I could go to aMichelin ramen place and it would cost the same (even less). Overall, would not recommend when they can't even cook rice rightthat's a huge problem for an Asian restaurant. Read more
Good ramen joint, quite satisfied with the vegetarian ramen flavor profiles w/ additional soft boiled egg. Have heard its better... in person (as with most ramen). Visited this Restaurant with my Vegan Friends Must say never loved veg/vegan ramen so much ! Literally was able to finish full... serving of Ramen for the first time by myself. Ambiance and service- A good and simple restaurant. Ample of seating. Service isgood and quick. Food - We tried everything vegan Pan fried vegan gyoza - very good and delicious. Soy chashu and takanadonburi - really tasty soy chashu ,very flavourful Misa Reka Ramen - very delicious Negi Goma Rekka Ramen - Classic thinnoodles Standard noddles firmness Strong Broth Rich Richness A lot of Karadare Ohh my this came out so good, the broth came outso well perfectly spiced and very tasty.
