This place is the worst in NYC. The male staff are useless. I waited 20 minutes for my drink the 4 makers keep making the wrong... drinks and having to empty them down the sink. The 4 dumbos couldn't do what 2 girls can do (if you are lucky you're get girls).This place gets busy but the girls can keep up. I have been in there at 7am and the boys are just as useless. Buy your central park coffee here. Have oat milk for your latte. Staff is friendly. Slightly confusing labeling on product/food... s where they are marked with "veggie", but staff didn't know what that label meant nor if it meant that they were vegan. Read more

Went here to get a water and a coffee. The girls behind the counter were the rudest most nasty human beings. The cashier was to... busy talking to the young boy co worker to be bothered to help any customers. The girl making the coffee was trying but wasoverwhelmed and started to get just as nasty as the rude cashier. She made customers bag their food, kept talking to hercoworkers while we were all trying to order and was snippy and NOT the person you should have on your front line. Never go here. These people are so rude! My wife was in line to get something and when I took my 7 year old to the bathroom the... employee got a nasty attitude with me. I told her I was a customer and my wife was in line. Both of the employees workingstarted getting a nasty attitude and when my wife spoke up they started cussing us out. Horrible experience. Very terrible service from this location. Spent 20 minutes waiting for a drink and left without the drink or a refund as the... ?managers? were busy.. and I couldn?t wait for them to decide to leave their office. Pret has gone downhill since beingpurchased by JAB and losing all its top executives. Far better places for coffee and good service in the area. I would give -10?? if I could.
