The staff and manager are extremely rude. I ordered lunch 2 weeks ago for a staff meeting and lost the receipt. I went back to... get a copy and they they said no before even looking at the computer. The manager then tapped a few buttons and said they canonly do the last 5 days and maybe I shouldn?t have lost my receipt. Calling the Customer service number and all the extensionsare out of service. Never again. Read more

Staff was friendly. I had a tuna sandwhich. Packaging was nice but the bread was dry. The tuna was average with no flavor. I had... a fruit cup and it was OK. Cookies were so so. Soups were... meh. Safe to say I will not return. Read more
After my Friend and I grabbed some coffee, we decided to grab some breakfast. Pret a Manager was next door to Gregory's Coffee.... I had the egg, bacon and cheese breakfast sandwich on a brioche bun. It was VERY fresh. I happened to look at the back of thepackaging on my breakfast sandwich (last picture). It says the make the food fresh every day. Then every night they donate allthe food to local charities helping the hungry instead of selling the food the next day. You can't get any better thanthat!! The selection of pre made food was amazing. We had planned on going back for lunch and never made it. I'm thankfulthat I was able to eat breakfast before our long day in New York City got started.
