Worst morning coffee experience. The staff said it was going to be 2 minutes wait for the coffee but it ended up being 15... minutes for a simple black coffee. There was not a working system to serve the backlogged orders. The orders came out randomlyand no waiting customer claimed those. Read more
They were completely out of every type of milk (regular, almond, oat). Coffee was cold. Rude and unprofessional staff that... mocks/name-calls their customers. Do better. Read more
Croissants are raw. This is the second time that croissants here are literally uncooked and the dough on the inside is runny.... Had to throw away. Again. Read more
Standard store of the chain, carrying their full selection of products. Everything is freshly prepared and the quality is high... as per Pret a Manger's standards. Staff is nice and friendly, and there's rarely too long a wait. Bathrooms are okay. Read more
Waited for more than 15 mins for this soup and as you can see.... The cup is almost half full.

I walked into pret A manager and a strange guy rushes to opens the door and said pls... let me so I said of course and thank u so much with a smile. ????2 mins later I'm at cashier and she says don't worry about itit's on me today.. ??????????????????.. how awesome as it happens to be my birthday today too.. what a gift.. love it!! This Pret A Manger is run by staff who care about their customers and have a great energy. The manager needs to be congratulated... on hiring exceptional staff. I work around the corner and go nearly every day, plenty of competitors in the area frankly havecoffee and food just as good however the people at Pret make my day!
