At least 2/4 baristas here are pretty rude. The lady who works here doesn?t even acknowledge that she heard you or make eye... contact, forget passing a smile or saying hello. Plus this outlet is out of chocolate most of the time, and they get orderswrong more often than they should. Being at Columbia?s doorstep, I wish they had more friendly staff. Read more
During the pandemic this location was great. The staff were super nice and the drinks were always made correctly. Now I?ve had... several drinks made incorrectly. I recognize the community that utilizes this location doesn?t always pay attention to what theyordered, or they forget, but some of the staff seem to hate being here - which I honestly don?t blame them. Best to go to this location for purchasing prepped food and bottled beverages only. Best not to order your coffee here... unfortunately. Witnessed multiple orders before mine, being redone because the cashier did not input them in correctly for thebaristas. With that, had difficulty keeping track of orders and getting then accurate. This is forgivable, however what is not,is when the staff decided to be rude to customers for mistakes their own colleagues performed. Read more
First impression I got is that I found this food shop very clean as soon as I entered. Their foods are slightly different than... other similar food shop. Customer service is 5 out 5, cleanliness is 5 out of 5, food is 4 out of 5. I specially want to mentionthe name of their salesperson Alex. He is very dedicated to his job. Two of the worst employees ever. She constantly made my coffee wrong. I ordered a large she makes it small I order 5 shots of... hazelnut syrup she puts 3 shots. The waiter might have a bad day or maybe he is simply rude, not only he was super impatient and taking my order like I did... something wrong, he also did not take care of his customers. A guy in front of me took my coffee and he knows it, but he stilllet him to my coffee and told me he took my coffee after that guy left the store, I had stood there for 5 mins and he did noteven bother to tell me that my coffee was ready . He let the man take my coffee and made me take the man?s coffee because he?couldn?t do anything about it? as if he were not standing next to all the equipment and resources needed to make a coffee. Workers are very rude. One of them didn't make my drink right, when I said that she got It wrong, she started arguing with me. I... know the difference between hot choco and coffee ??????????? instead of apologizing and doing it right she kept complaining andthankfully another employee made me a choco I ordered. I was with two kids, additionally I ordered milk for her. She said itwasn't even on the menu and kept talking to me with attitude! The same another employee got it, but it was too hot for the baby(I mean I told them several times that it was for the baby!)
