This place is top notch; 5 star quality food, 5 star quality customer service. The food was served fast, accurate, fresh &... piping hot. P.S. this is my first time ordering from this franchise and i wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantlysurprised. The place was spotless (no grit & grim, food debris, spilled drink/stains anywhere to be seen) floors, table topsand counters were all clean. I love Potbelly. Sandwiches and Dreambars are awesome and the staff is always extremely well skilled.

Not happy. My Potbelly perks app invited me to "come back!" to Potbelly with a $4 off discount. I thought, "Sure!" I waited to... get my sandwich made, which takes forever on a regular basis at this location. I was cool with it since I was getting $4 off.Then, I get to the cashier and show my coupon for them to tell me to throw my sandwich away and come back tomorrow to use thecoupon after waiting forever to check out in the first place since their internet was down. I don't see how that's my issue.Now, I'm hungry and sandwich-less since this Potbelly's can't honor their perks. I don't even want to go back ever despite myunused $4 discount, because it's always something with this place. Waste of time. Hmmm let me just star by saying that I love PotBelly but I had never had a cold sandwich at their restaurants until I went to... this location. I think I waited 20 min minimum and there was only one group of three tourist right before me. And the touristwere all confused about what to order... this lady who was ?Italian? didn?t know that pepperoni has pork on it!!!! Three and half stars. Food was pretty good once I finally got it after what felt like forever on a quiet Sunday afternoon. While... friendly and cheerful, I had to remind the attendee of my soup order three(!) times along the way. Staff seemed distracted anduninterested in making customer service a priority. The prep area, while not dirty, was messy with trash on the floor, and staffpersonal belongings on the counter. Read more
